FARD (INDIVIDUAL COUPLET)

When one or two persons sit on earth even for a moment for the Zikr of God,

[Then] the sky bows before earth in homage.

Hence, it is desired that the blood of Hama-Ost should circulate throughout the entire soul, veins and flesh! [And condition is this that there should not last the cover of duality in between. Allah is sufficient; everything other than Allah is just lust (and greed)!]

This Faqeer Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe says that every that person, who desires Lord and Didaar, he should choose (and follow) Faqar. In the event thereof, he should attain unto the Marifat of Lord through exercising Zikr , Fikr and Ishq and Muhabbat . On the other hand he, who desires the Garden and Houries and Palaces, should observe worship and Riyazat , Devoutness and Pietism, Assalaat (Prayers) and Fasting, recitation of the Holy Quran and Hajj (Muslim Pilgrimage), Zakaat and follow the entire Pillars of Islam. And he, who likes the Fire of Hell, should choose sensual pleasures and desires of beasts and devilish sins and should open his mouth (to speak without thinking) and eat whatever comes before him (without seeing). He should not make division between Halaal (licit) and Haraam (Illicit) and should keep sincerity with Kuffaar and heathens (and fornicators). This person is the hypocrite and lecher.

Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: He will be of that nation for that he has love. [That is, man gets return according to his intention]

Listen [carefully] [O Seeker!] One day Hazrat Ba Yazeed Bastami Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe was sharing secrets with Almighty Haq [and things of secrecy were being shared] so much so that a voice reached from the Sanctuary (Court) of His Majesty that O Ba Yazeed! How great effort, travail, Mujahida and Riyazat you are undertaking! Do you want the Station of Arsh? Ba Yazeed Bastami Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe respectfully replied that "O Lord! Arsh is the place of Spirits and I am not Roohani . Again, a voice came, "O Ba Yazeed! Perhaps you want the Station of Kursi? Ba Yazeed Bastami Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe respectfully replied that "O Lord! Kursi is place for Karoobiyan (cherubs) and I am not cherub. Call came again, "O Ba Yazeed! Perhaps you want the sky then.
