So it is revealed that if a Faqeer is offered the Wilayat of a Wali or Martaba of Ghaus, or Qutab or Autaad or an Abdaal or worldly Martaba or Martaba of the Hereafter, the Faqeer does never gaze upon these inferior Nasooti Maratib. His gaze is upon the Sultan-ul-Faqar Fi Allah and Majlis of Faqeer is with the Faqar of Wali-Allah. [Thus, it should be known that] what is called Faqar and what thing is achieved through Faqar and who is called Faqeer and what Faqar is in itself?

There are two witnesses of the Martaba of Faqeer: One is the dead Nafs and second is Alive Qalb is absolutely wakeful [even when] in dream [and] remains honored with Didaar and intelligent in Hazoori.

[Those] who are Drowned in the Tauheed of the Essence Noor of Allah with Aqal-e-Kulli; they know that there [can] nothing be the likeness of this. The other witnesses to Faqar are the Marifat of Lahoot and Lamakaan and the Maratib of Muhabbat and Muraqiba and the kingship of all quarters from the moon to fish, the Qurb of Lord and the Mushahida of Haal and the unending Wisaal are (also) witness for the Faqeer.

O dear! You should know that when Allah Almighty, with His Beneficence-and-Fazal and benevolence and Condescension (with complaisance), desires to make a Seeker the Hazoori of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, then the time when he is honored with the opportunity of the seeing the blessed face of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, at that time all the spirits of the Holy Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum, especially the Great-Holy-Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum, the spirits of the Holy Prophets Alaihimus-Salaam, the spirits of the Holy Apostles and Prophets Alaihimus-Salaam, the spirits of the Asfiya (exalted and purified personalities) Alaihimus-Salaam, the spirits of the Aulia-Allah, spirits of all Ghaus, Qutab, the appointees of Wilayat, spirits of all the Momineen, Muslims, the entire creatures and the entire spirits of all the Living and Late Aulia-Allah the Masters of Taufeeq are present inside the Majlis of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam with the order of Allah, and in this blessed Majlis is beatified by the Zikr of Kalimah-e-Tayyeb Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah and oration of the Authentic Text, Hadis and Tafseer! [At this occasion,] Noori Melons are brought there to serve all the attendees to eat. Each one of them eats. By eating that Noori Melon, Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam himself, through his blessed tongue, teaches that lesson of the infinite Ilm of Ahad (One and Only) Wahid (Unique) which absolutely is the Ilm of the Alif.

[And] subsequent to this, the Holy Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam grants the Talqeen of the Depth of the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat). Then, Hazrat Siddique e Akbar () Radhi-ya-Allah Anhu apportions Sidq [through his Gaze]; and Hazrat Umar Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhu grants Adal (Justness); then Hazrat Usman Radhi-ya-Allah Anhu donates Haya (bashfulness and modesty);
