HADIS (Saying of the
Holy Prophet of Allah When Faqar
reaches unto its extremity (and entirety), that is Allah
[that is, it attains
the Station of Rabubiyat and essence unites with the Essence]. Faqeer is identified
[in light of] this [Hadis] that he has reached onto the Kaamil Faqar.
And the Seeker Faqeer also reaches onto the Martaba of the
entirety (and perfection) of Faqar in the very first day by the Hidayat
and Talqeen of (such) Faqeer. He is Emir of Both-the-Worlds.
Faqar and Faqeer of this type exists in the Qadiri-Sufi-Order.
Moreover, the people of other (Sufi) Orders can never Salb
(Disqualify) the Qadiri Seeker Mureed as the Qadiri
Seeker Mureed is dominant over all other (Sufi) Orders because Qadiri-Sufi-Order
and Faqar of Qadiri are by the Command of Allah
Almighty and
Allah
Almighty has full power and control over His affairs. Allah Almighty [O True-Seeker !] [Attentively]
Listen! When Qadiri has found the seven treasuries of Paaris
and the five Paarisi, he reaches unto the Martaba of Faqar.
He is called Faqeer Ghani . He is such a Laa-Yuhtaaj Faqeer,
who [all the times] remains present inside the Majlis of Hazrat
Muhammad SHARAH OF KAAMIL

AND MASHOOQ
OF GOD JAMEY AASHIQ OF MUHAMMAD
MUSTAFA It should remain clear that the Faqeer
with all the Maratib of the Kaamil , Aamil , Mukammil , Akmal , Jamey , Noor-ul-Huda
, Mashooq of
God, Aashiq of Hazrat

Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
)
says: And Allah
has full power and
control over His Affairs (12:21)
Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
. That Faqeer,
who lacks this caliber, is considered the People of complaint. He
uses his tongue just for bread. That which Allah
has apportioned for him,
he is not familiar with that. He begs food [from people] in the name of Allah.
Such Faqeer is of the People of Shaqee
(unblessed).
Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, is called the "Kaamil e Kull" (Perfect in Totality). That Kaamil Faqeer the
People of Tauheed
is the Kaamil in Totality, whose gaze and Tawajuh
are the likeness of Key which when inserted in any lock of difficult
demand, unlocks it! As it unlocks, it shows as well!
