And he, who's Nafs has friendliness
for the Ilm of Shariyat, the Aalim, the Kaamil Faqeers,
the pitiful and the theists and that remains Mast in the
Zikr of Lord [When the Spirit of a righteous slave
of Allah
flies from his body after death,] Allah
Almighty The Ulema
are the People
of Expectation (and conjecture)! HADIS (Saying
of the Holy Prophet of Allah Expectation
(and conjecture) of the True Believers is also good. And the Faqeers are the
People of Watan. HADIS (Saying
of the Holy Prophet of Allah Liking for Watan (homeland) is a sign of Eimaan. Thus, Watan HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah As for him, who
has his Lord The Ulema
are engaged in the
exercise of Qul (say) 
with Immersion
and Absorption, is the Kaamil in the performances of the Abudiyat
and Rabubiyat; this Nafs is called Nafs-e-Mutmainna.
Thus, the Nafs of the Holy Prophets Alaihimus-Salaam
and the
Honorable Aulia-Allah
Rahmatu-Allah Ta'ala Alaihim
is the Nafs-e-Mutmainna. 
addresses to it: "O (you) the one in rest and satisfaction! Come back to your
Lord, Well-pleased and well pleasing unto Him! Enter you, then, among My
honored slaves, And enter you My Paradise!" (89: 27-30)

means the Azal. The Ulema are in the Expectation of the Degrees and Stations in the Heaven but
for Faqeers, the Destination and Station are Haraam because
they have covered themselves with the Ahraam (for the whole period) from
the Azal to Abad. For them the bliss of Didaar of Lord is a Kaamil Hajj! Hazrat

Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam

everything is of him!
that is, they
remain busy in the Qeel-O-Qaal whereas Faqeer exercise quietude
