Qurb of Haq and the Majlis of the Holy Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam are my founts of Ilm ,

These essences (and jewels) of mine unlock unto him who is the Aalim-Bi-Allah .

Be enlightened that the Martaba of the Eden is achieved through Ilm and Taqwa and by Kufr , the unholy impure carrion carcass of Dunya (World) is achieved. However, the Martaba of Qazi is the highest in the Maratib of Aalim , Faazil , Faqhee and Dervish Faqeer but that Qazi that his working is free of bribe, hypocrisy and gold-and-silver . He is the Real Qazi by him God Almighty and the Prophet Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam of God are pleased. Hence, Qazi are of two types: One is the Qazi Outward and other is Qazi Inward . In the event thereto, in their mutual dealings and dispute inside the body of man, the Nafs and Ruh are like the Defendant and Plaintiff. The Arif endowed with virtues of justness, gratefulness and Qalb receives the Application by the Taufeeq of Allah Almighty. Like a Just Ruler, after due investigation and minute research, gives Judgement that the Inwardly sly Nafs should be killed and the Rightful Original lord Ruh should be given the title of ownership of body so that peace can be established in every way all over the domain of body. In the matter, the Kiraman-Katibeen , are present with records of the deeds of sin and goodness in both Realms of Hayaat and Mamaat (life and after life) to act as the Witness.

Allah Almighty says: This day We will seal up the mouths and hands will speak out and feet bear witness as what they used to earn (36:65)

The body of the Kaamil Human Being is, as if, a Talisman and Muimma (maze) that is hiding and wrapping the entire Maratib of the Hayaat and Mamaat inside it. This Talisman and Muimma gets unlocked by the Name Musamma the Ilm of Nemul-Badal . That person, who does not read the Ilm of Nemul-Badal from the Murshid-e-Kaamil and does not know the Nemul-Badal '(Allah exalts) those, who have Ilm , to high ranks" (58:11), is stupid and mindless if he claims having these Maratib . Such person always stays deprived of entire Outwardly and Inwardly Uloom because of his continued captivity of the Nafs-e-Ammara .

There are many kinds of Nemul-Badal . For example, Nemul-Badal of Ilm of Qaal (Speech), Nemul-Badal of Zikr and Fikr and Wazaif Haal , Nemul-Badal of Sukr Sehve Qabz Bast Khaam Khayal , Nemul-Badal of Ilhaam Ayan Lahoot Lamakaan with Qurb of Wisaal , Nemul-Badal of Outward Inward with Mushahida of Deeds and Actions, Nemul-Badal of ascertaining the truths of the Past, Future and Present in the Majlis of-Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, Nemul-Badal of Maratib of the Faiz Fazal since the Day of Azal .

Khizar Alaihis-Salaam told this motive for all that that he did all that by the Order of Allah Almighty and all those affairs had an Inwardly Hikmat that he was taught in the Inward and Hazrat Musa Alaihis-Salaam appreciated and respected his status.
