Didar Buksh Khurd

Identification of Nafs and the Lord is accomplished through four Visualizations:

1.      Visualization of death (Maut)

2.      Visualization of Muhabbat with Mushahida

3.      Visualization of Marifat with ascension, honored with Didaar of Lord

4.      Visualization of Employment in the Majlis and Meeting with Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam.

That Murshid, who does not give the lesson of the Ilm of Didaar to the Seeker in the very first day and does not give the Teaching and the Talqeen of the above-mentioned fours Visualizations, that Murshid is Imperfect. He is incompetent for issuing Irshaad holding the office of Murshid. He is Incomplete.

O dear! The Ilm of the issues (concepts) pertaining to principles of Fiqah and study of book tells about the Haq (Truth) is and Baatil whereas the Aalim-Bi-Allah, Wali-Allah, the Murshid honored with the honor of Hazoori shows the Marifat of God, Didaar with Taufeeq from the Qurb of Tahqeeq. The Majlis of the People of Ilm relies [only] on discussions (and dialogue) whereas the Majlis of the People of Marifat shows the Mushahida of Hazoori. That is why the association of the former does not prove fit to later.

It should be known that the Liking for Lord is obligation (Farz), and the Tark of Dunya (World) is Sunnat, and giving up the Nafs is recommendatory (Mustahib) and renunciation of Satan is essential (Waajib).

Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: "Seeking Ilm is an obligatory for every male and female Muslim"

That Ilm is this Ilm [of the Marifat and Didaar]. In addition, these are the Degrees of the Heir of Ilm. Thus, why will the People of Didaar need to bring in Tasarruf and control the Kimiya and gold-and-silver, the Sang-e-Paaris and the quarters of Worlds? These are only for the trustworthy Jamiyat of the Nafs. Murshid-e-Naqis asks to sit in isolation and subjects him to Riyazat and Chilla. However, Murshid-e-Kaamil purifies the Haft-Andaam of the Seeker of Allah from the top to toe up to such extent through the Haziraat of the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) that thenceforth he is left with no need of Mujahida and Riyazat for all his life. And he becomes Drowned in the Mushahida of the Hazoori of Didaar in such a way that he shrinks his hands from Both-the-Worlds. This is the very sign of identification of the Murshid-e-Kaamil that he takes to Hazoori with just one Tawajuh.
