That person, who practices the Faqar-e-Iztarari,
he remains always complaining, is ashamed and disgraced every day and night. HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah Such Faqar is
the cause of disgrace in Both-the-Worlds. BAYT (COUPLET) Through this Kimiya
(that is, the Faqar), power is received by the Kaamileen, They either grant
from themselves or get granted from God. The first Kimiya is Ghanayat.
After this are the Marifat
with Jamiyat
of the Hidayat. These
Maratib of Hidayat are present only in the Kaamil Qadiri
(Sufi) Order. The (word) Kaamil (Perfect) ABYAAT (COUPLETS) ?That person, who
says this that he has sighted Didaar, that is not Didaar; The creation needs
not to see, That person, who
sees Liqaa [that is, who has Liqaa], he is numinous (Ba-Khuda), O the bondman of greed
and desire! This is what is called the Course of Faqar, He is the Master
of wealth the Sovereign with Order (Sahib e Ganj Hakim Ba Hukum), Who resurrects
the dead one through the Order of the "Qum" O Seeker!
I am decapitating you for the cause of the Liqaa, If you [really] are
the Seeker
of God, then gasp not! 
Hazrat
Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
) 
has three words: Kaa
, Meem
and Laam
; the word "Kaa"
means Kaamil, that (he) may
spend as much of the Outwardly and the Inwardly treasures of Allah
Almighty
as he wills
and no reduction comes in the treasures; the letter of alphabet "Meem"
implies that he delivers the
entire Matlib Mataalib and the hopes of the Seeker to the
level desired; and through letter Laam 
, he makes the Seeker
Laa-Yuhtaaj
and grants
all the Maratib
of
the Kimiya. Such Murshid is called as the Kaamil in
everything (Kaamil e Kul). However, in the eyes of Faqar, this Kaamil
e Kul Murshid is even the lowly because the Faqeer
ought not to gaze
upon the upper and lower strata besides Didaar.
