O friend! Beseech God Almighty all that, which you want,

As only He fulfills the needs of all,

Who else, other than Him, is he, who knows vexation and ache?

[Ask Allah] for all that, which you need as He is the All Knowledgeable of the Mysteries,

He is the Eternal One is the All Present with Haq,

O friend! Everything, save Him, is going to be perished¹,

The Arifeen has said that on the Course of Ishq:

You should observe Patience² and give up all other [excuses and resources],

O friend! Leave [this] place of mortality [of the temporary world],

And should turn [your] face towards the [realm] of Baqaa.
