You should do Tark of Dunya (World) as [this forsaking] is the base for Worship,

Off course! It is worship and [that worship] that is [Fount of] Favor,

Those, who gave up [Dunya], they are the Favored ones,

He is grateful Mard, who keeps contentment,

O dear! Arif [of Allah Almighty] does not run behind the Dunya (World),

That person, who did Tark of Dunya (World), he is of the blessed ones,

In this world, Dunya is like the ditch of the water filled with carcasses¹,

He, who chose it for him, it is enough for [his death] like deadly venom,

That person, who utilized his full courage (and ardor),

His favorable Kismet will see that of the blessed ones.
