The [Inwardly] Ilm is the
name of the Tark
of Dunya
(World) and with the [Outwardly]
Ilm, Khalal and Khatraat develop and the Ilm of Rammaal
is just the Qeel-O-Qaal of people and bringing all the Uloom in
one Amal is the Last Station of Faqar and the
Tauheed
of Marifat of Lord ends on it. The Ilm is
granter of the Beneficence, Fazal (Grace) the everlasting Wisaal
and is the grant of the Condescension (with complaisance) and Kindness
of Lord. What is Laa-Yuhtaaj Faqar-e-Ikhtiyari? That takes
the ball of the Mardaan of God from the field of Both-the-Worlds
safe and sound and gets the raiment of the Comprehensiveness be worn by
the body of the Rightful Seekers and he is not left with any want
of any person. Further, the Faqeer Laa-Yuhtaaj is called that,
which does not know the way of stories and anecdotes and does not make
Tareeqat storytelling. That is kind with the Seeker
Mureed
and
in the very beginning, takes him unto these two Maratib through Talqeen:
that Outwardly, tremendous Treasure comes in hand through the total
Tasarruf of the Ghanayat and Inwardly, the perpetual Hidayat
of Hazoori is received without taking pains. That Aamil, who does the Amal
of Dawat through the Holy Quran on the graves through Ilm-of-Outward
(Outwardly Ilm), with his this Roshan Zamir Ilm of the Tasarruf,
the Kimiya Akseer and the Sang-e-Paaris no longer remain
invisible and hidden inside mountain. This ability of the Tasarruf of
the countless treasury uses to be in his gaze of Amal that it buys
all the kings of the East to West as ordinary slaves and with the authorization
and order of the Kaamil Teacher Murshid and Pir, he
gets the Taufeeq [purpose] within a week, by means of this mode
through the Ilm of Tasarruf. It causes the heart of the Seeker
to become Ghani for the Seeker
for the attainment of this Martaba.
His heart looses the liking of the Dunya
(World) and he comes out of
all the inhuman Sensual-Desires. The other Inwardly Martaba of
the Seeker
of Allah is
this that, with the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), his entire body from the top to toe turns
into Noor with the Mashq-e-Wujoodia-Marqoom and he always remains
the Favorite (and Accepted one) of the gaze
of Allah
Almighty. With Mercy of Allah, he
becomes adorable and admirable and through the Asbaat of the Noor
of Didaar of Lord, he becomes Fanaa-Fi-Allah Zaat
(Destroyed in Allah
the Essence). That person, who reads the lesson clearly
and exactly (Ain-Ba-Ain) through the Ilm of the Visualization of
Fanaa-Fi-Allah, then there lasts no Hijaab and curtain in-between
the slave and the Lord. ABOUT IKHTIYARI AND IZTARARI FAQAR: Faqar is of two kinds: One is Faqar-e-Iztarari,
that is, Nigun Saar (that falls down straight) against which refuge in
Allah
has been sought in the Hadis. This is that Faqar
which is imposed by
Allah
on a person due to his wretchedness or because of his wrong doings. Such Faqeer
begs on every door, cries, and does a shameful act by begging from others. This
Faqar is that which is not chosen by a person with his will. Other is Faqar-e-Ikhtiyari
in which is chosen by will by the high-spirited Faqeers who choose Faqar
in spite of the fact that they possess power, authority, the pomp of the world,
power and pomp but they prefer Faqar and become Dervish
in order to win the gladness (and accreditation) of God. They are not compelled
by worldly circumstances but they choose Faqar as their own will. This
is that Faqar on which Hazrat
