person, whose Qalb is Living, heart is wakeful and is Conscientious
in the Shariyat in the outer-self as well as the inner-self. The Prophet of Allah ??????????????????????????????????? The overlord of Both-the-Worlds Faqeer Arif-Bi-Allah

Qutab Wahdat is also called Maalik-ul-Mulki. [Thus such
person,] if wills, can bestow upon an indigent and needy beggar the throne of
the Seven Continents and if he wills, he can dethrone the king the Seven
Continents making him a tramp and beggar! These duties (and powers) have been
handed over to the Faqeer Wali-Allah
the People-of-Allah, in
whose gaze
of Ain, the Ahwaal
of Both-the-Worlds are weighed like
the Beam Balance (Scale). [Thus] it is imperative for the king the Shadow of
Allah
that he should make some Kaamil Faqeer Arif-Bi-Allah his
companion in every mission [because] the onetime Tawajuh of a Kaamil
Faqeer is far superior to offering Dawat with the power of Ilm [and]
innumerable armies and spending treasure and the important religious and of
worldly matters never get accomplished until and as long as some Faqeer
Aalim-Bi-Allah Wali-Allah
does not employ Tawajuh in the Outward
and in the Inward. [Onetime Gaze of a Kaamil Faqeer is
just sufficient]. [These are] the Faqeers who distribute and give
