English: Hazrat Sultan Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe says that 'some people stay vigil (the
night long) but, since, they are unaware of the wakefulness of heart and its
vigilance, therefore their body, though, is wakeful but their heart uses to be
in sleep in ignorance against Allah
Almighty. However, opposite to this, some
people are those whose bodies are apparently sleeping but their hearts are
wakeful doing the Zikr
of Allah
Almighty like a Zaakir. Outward
tongue and
wakefulness of the carnal people and their Zikr
is like the Gu Gu bird that
takes irregular breaths and cries in vain all the night. At the end he says that 'I wish to sacrifice my life
for those people who have tied themselves with the well of Ishq
and Muhabbat
dug inside them. That is, their body is seen sleeping but the pump of this well
is working inside their hearts and the field of their heart becomes green. Punjabi Kalam i Bahu (r) pdf download Install app |
