Muhikal Faqar (Qalan)

Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: Remain hungry that you see Me and remain alone leaving all others.

It means that: you will see Me if you will remain hungry and you should become alone after cutting ties with everyone [so that you can find Me].

BAYT (COUPLET)

That person, who remains deprived of Marifat ,

He is Jaahil even if he keeps on reading for hundred years.

Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: Hunger is the glitter of the Messengers (of Allah).

Allah Almighty says: Who has fed then against hunger and has made them safe from fear (106:4)

This hunger is not 'hunger'. It is returning unto Haq through the Tasdeeq of Qalb . ( It is the) Faqar-e-Ikhtiyari not Faqar-e-Iztarari .

Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: Suffering of hunger is more severe than the punishment of grave.

'Hunger' is also of three kinds:

1.                                                                              Hunger for the sake of Allah Almighty that the Muhabbat and sympathy and the Mushahida of Lord rises from heart.

2.                                                                              Hunger for Uqba which is for that he is worried for the sake of Both-the-Worlds. Demand for Allah Almighty so that you can get the Kunah (Depth) of the Kun {Be! (36:82)}. When you will reach unto the Kunah (Depth) of the Kun {Be! (36:82)}, you will then become Laa-Yuhtaaj .

3.                                                                              Continuous Hunger of the Indefinite (continuous) Fasting, which is like an advertisement (for credit) in the creatures for the sake of carrion Dunya (World). We seek refuge in Allah against this!
