[TAZKIYA OF NAFS
AND STATION
OF QALB AND RUH
ETC.] (O True-Seeker) Be enlightened that
with the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat ) Allah Almighty [O True-Seeker!] You know this that
without getting "Initiated (Bai-at)" on the hand of that Murshid-e-Kaamil
, who himself is adversary of the Nafs; it is very hard and difficult
to understand the Ahwaal of Nafs , to bring it into control and
shackle it. Even if a person toils hard in Riyazat and hits his head
with stone [that is, bears hardships and employs much travails], these remain ineffective
because of this that Nafs has the status of king and Satan is
[as if] the Minster admitted to be near the king. [When the Nafs
has become the king inside the body, it then becomes the deity of worship that
person]. Allah Almighty The Murshid-e-Kaamil , first,
disassociates both the said two Devils from the body of the Seeker.
When the Seeker
of Allah Allah Almighty 
, the Tazkiya of Nafs
, satisfaction (and contentment) of the 'self', and the Tasfiya
of Qalb are accomplished and through the Tasfiya of Qalb, the Tajalliya
of Ruh
is
brought about and through the Tajalliya of Ruh
, the Tahliya of Sirr
is achieved. When these four confederate, at that time, the Master of
Nafs becomes able over Nafs [and the Nafs turns to
be submissive and compliant to him]. These are the Maratib of the Fanaa-Fi-Allah
Faqeer
(Faqeer Destroyed in Allah)!
says: And he went into his garden, while he
(thus) wronged himself (18:35)
says: [O Prophet
] Have you seen him who has made his desire his
god? (45:23)
has got independence against the Satanic sins
and the desires of Nafs
, [he then becomes the Muqarrib of
Allah]. However, killing the said two Kuffaar is impossible
without the Taufeeq of Lord. The time when the True-Seeker starts
regularly rendering the Outwardly
and the Inwardly
Obedience and worship,
it can then be understood that the Nafs and Satan have disassociated
from and displeased with his body. [However, be careful that one
should not be bigheaded on this] and instead, he should do the Wird of Istaghfaar
day and night and keep on saying this: says: My welfare is only in Allah
(11:88)
