Qurb
of the Fanaa-Fi-Allah
(Destroyed in Allah The Inward
is that if the
Seeker
sees whatever in the Outward existence [and finds the
Inward
against it] then he should bring this Inward in accordance
with the Outward, that is, the Glorious Quran and Hadis
and Authentic Text, and should then act upon it [and nothing, even as
insignificant and small as the head of hair is, should be left contradictory to
the Shariyat of-Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam [WHAT SHOULD THE
SEEKER
DO WHEN HE FACES SOME RELIGIOUS AND WORLDLY PROBLEM?] Lo! When, in the Inward, the
Seeker
confronts a good or bad worldly and religious problem
and the Inward either enjoins upon him to do a task or
restrains him from doing that action, at this time, the Seeker
should
first read the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb, then the Darood Shareef, and
then "Lahaula Wa La Quwwata Illa Billahil Aleyyil Azeem (there is no
might and power except from Allah
the Most High the Most Great)" [DESCRIPTION OF
MURAQIBA
AND ITS TYPES] Be enlightened! Relation of Muraqiba
is
with four things, which are just four ["Meem 1. [The first
Meem 2. [The second
Meem 3. [The third
Meem 
) in the Majlis
of-Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
were not available in the Inward,
all Salikeen (wayfarers) would have gone astray!].
and after
reciting the Fatihah e Khair, should gift its Sawaab to the
Spirits of the earlier (Holy Prophets
), the Holy Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu
Ta-aala Anhum
, the Honorable
Aulia-Allah
, the Faqeers,
Mujtahideen
or
the Dervishes with clean Inward. Every that person, who is not
endowed with this virtue, he would either be of the folk of the
Jinn
or from the folk of Devils.

the Muraqiba of Muhabbat and through the Muraqiba of Muhabbat,
the Mushahidaat of the Mysteries of Lord 
?are found and this Muraqiba
is through the Visualization of the Name Allah

the Muraqiba
of the Marifat
of Tauheed which is revealed
from of the Noor of Lord 
. This Muraqiba is also through the Visualization
of the Name Allah.] is
the Muraqiba of the Ascension of Assalaat (Prayers)
which amplifies through
the Station of Qalb.
