(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

Mureed is he, who has no personal desire.

Shaikh has said that: "The condition of the Seeker before Murshid is same as is the condition of the dead body is in the hands of the person, who gives it funeral bath"

[TAWAJUH OF THE FOUR HOLY CALIPHS RIDWAAN ALLAHI TA'AALA ALAIHIM AJMAEEN ON THE SEEKER WHEN HE REACHES THE MAJLIS OF-MUHAMMAD Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam]

What I mean to say is this that if a person enters the Majlis of-Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, the first four looks should give (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) to him: first, out of the Four Rightly Guided Caliphs Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum, the gaze and Tawajuh of Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhu brings this (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) with the outcome that the Sidq of the Siddique must take birth in his body that should dispel all the falsehood and Nifaaq ,; and with the Tawajuh and (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) of Hazrat Umar Farooq Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhu, the power of Amal and Muhaasba should emerge in his body and the evil Khatraat and the desires of Nafs should be completely eliminated; and through the (efficacious) effectiveness (and the impact) of the gaze and Tawajuh of Hazrat Usman Ghani Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhu, shyness and Bashfulness (and modesty) should be inducted in his body, thus, the disrespect and immodesty should leave his body; and upon experiencing the gaze of Hazrat Ali Karram Allah Wajhu, Ilm and Hidayat and Faqar should take birth in his body. Thus the ignorance and Liking for Dunya (World) should get completely wiped out from his heart. After this, he becomes eligible for Talqeen and Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam Initiates (Bai-at) him on his blessed hand and he reaches unto the Maratib of the office of Murshid. The Maratib of the faculty of the Murshid are everlasting. He is caused "and Fear not nor grieve and now, he faces no Rijat from these Maratib".

That Murshid, who does not take the Seeker in the Majlis of-Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, in the very first day and does not get him granted the blessing from the Great-Holy-Companions Radhi-ya-Allahu Ta-aala Anhum and does not get him Initiated (Bai-at) by the blessed hand of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and does take him unto the Wilayat of the Hidayat with the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) in an hour, without Riyazat and Obedience, that Murshid cannot be called the Murshid-e-Kaamil.
