07-08 At
last the chieftains of the royal court unanimously expressed this opinion: They
said: We are lords of might and lord of great prowess, but it is for you to
command; so consider what you will command (27:33)
Thus,
Queen Bilqees expressed her opinion in this way: Lo!
kings, when they enter a township, ruin it and make the honor of its people
shame. Thus will they do (27:34)
That
is, the outcome of war is always accompanied by the destruction and loss of the
humankind. She added this: But
lo! I am going to send a present unto them, and to see with what (answer) the
messengers return (27:35)
So
when (the envoy) came unto Solomon, (the King) said: What! Would you help me
with wealth? But that which Allah
has given me is better than that which He has
given you. Nay it is you (and not I) who exult your gift. Return unto them. We
verily shall come unto them with hosts that they cannot resist, and we shall
drive them out from thence with shame, and they will be abased (27:36-37)
* Thus,
when the envoys and messengers returned and expressed about the condition of
the glory and magnificence Outwardly
and the Inwardly
Kingdom and Prophecy of
Hazrat
Suleiman Alaihis-Salaam, the absolute sincerity
(and single-mindedness) of his Prophethood and his truth became clear to the
Queen Bilqees and, for the sake of further satisfaction, she set out to meet
him face to face. Since the heart of the Queen Bilqees thought that Hazrat
Suleiman Alaihis-Salaam must have some sort of
invisible and inwardly
force which can deliver one thing from one station to
the other station within a moment invisibly without using any physical means as
Apports as he had delivered his letter to her by using an invisible
power. Possibility is that Hazrat
Suleiman Alaihis-Salaam
may choose to move some very big and heavy thing fly from one place to other.
Then he can easily occupy on their treasures and the artillery. Hence, it is
beyond their ability to face a Messenger (of Allah) of such awful and mighty
spiritual power. On the other hand, Hazrat
Suleiman Alaihis-Salaam
had at once arranged to bring the very heavy throne of the Queen Bilqees made
of many hundreds kilograms of gold and she was still in transit and he had
called invited his Muakalaat
and companions and asked them: O
chiefs! Which of you will bring me her throne before they come unto me,
surrendering? (27:38)
Of
these chiefs, one known as Efreet said: A
stalwart of the Jinn
said: I will bring it you before you can rise from your
place. Lo! I verily am strong and trusty for such work (27:39)
