Similarly, as an advancement of the same knowledge relating to this Inwardly Personality, a new branch of knowledge has been invented that is called Spiritualism, that is, the Ilm of Ruhaniyaat . There are some people that this Subtlety is naturally and by birth already Alive and Wakeful. They call such people the Medium , that is, Waseet .
