It is plural of Roohani. When this word is used as noun is means the Spirits of the deceased person (Ahl e Qaboor). "If the entire Jinn mankind and Angels and all that which exist on the face of earth assemble at one place even then the Roohani will stand dominant over this entire realm of the living" (P34 Qurb e Didaar).
