(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

Keeping Muhabbat for Faqeers is of the morality (and conduct) of the Prophets and keeping hatred for Faqeers is of the habits of Pharaoh.

Hence, it is revealed that the Riwayat is for the Hidayat and Fazeelat and the Demand for the Murshid is for the sake of Waseelat (expedient liaison on the Course).

Allah Almighty says: O you who believe! Be mindful of your duty to Allah and seek the way of approach unto Him (5:35)

Ilm is not Waseela. Ilm is the light and the (rectitude of) right path. Murshid is Waseela, who is the guardian of the Course, the caretaker, and he is the patron of the Course [of Salook], that leads unto the Marifat of Lord as he is aware of every Station of Kashf. There are seven kinds of Kashf:

1.      The Kashf-ul-Quloob (hearts)

2.      The Kashf-ul-Qaboor (graves)

3.      The Kashf ul Hazoor

4.      The Kashf ul Masroor

5.      The Kashf ul Mazkoor

6.      The Kashf Fanaa Fi Tauheed Noor (Destruction in the Light of Tauheed)

7.      The Kashf of Istadraaj - the Devilish, Carnal, Jununiyat and Maqhoor (subdued)

By this Kashf, the worldly advancement (and progress) and the reverie of name and dignity fills one's brain. And the extraordinary Special real Kashf is by the Qurb of Lord and the Hazoori of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. Two witnesses come forth through this Kashf: One is Hairat and other is warning lesson (with example). Due to both of them, the body falls in ache (Sozish) day and night and cries "Ah" "Ah" "Ah". Kasafat (Denseness) is produced in the body due to the dense (Kaseef) raiment of Kashf and Subtleness (Latafat) is produced in the body due to the Subtle (Lateef) raiment of Kashf.
