BAYT (COUPLET)

By the "eye that takes Mushahida", I mean the eye of heart,

For the Mard endowed with vision, eye is a cover on the eye like eyeglasses.

However, the answer of the writer [Faqeer Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe ] is:

Eye, in Reality, is that, the focus of which is unto Allah Almighty every time,

The Outwardly eye is, but, also possessed by the bulls and donkeys even!

BAYT (COUPLET)

Murshid is he, who is the Muqarrib of Rightful Deity of Worship,

So that he should restrain the Seekers from sins.

Allah Almighty says: Lo! You (O Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam) guide not whom you love. But Allah guides whom He wills. (28:56)

That heart in which is abundance of lust and greed, it becomes dead and gloomy being caught up in the troubles of world. It does not set foot in the Marifat of the Tauheed of Allah Almighty even if the Verses of the Holy Quran, Ahadees, all the issues (concepts) pertaining to principles of Fiqah, Fear and Hope and the sayings of the Saints of Deen etcetera are read before him, all falls flat on him.

Allah Almighty says: Lo! You cannot make the dead hear. (27:80)

That is, O Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam! You, however, cannot make [these] dead people hear!

Allah Almighty says: [Inwardly] Deaf, dumb and blind; and they return not. (2:18)

Only the Arif Faqeer is on the Ultimate end of the Selk-Salook, that is, "When Faqar reaches unto its extremity (and entirety), that is Allah".
