Allah Almighty Through which Ilm, the
identification of the Murshid-e-Kaamil and the Mukammil Pir is possible. Its identification
is this that, if he issues Talqeen
to a Jaahil, he becomes
such an Aalim Faazil that the entire Ilm of the Scholars
(Ulema) comes into his possession and Tasarruf . Such Ilm is
the Share of the Arifeen and Aashiqeen, who are the successors
of each other until the Day of Doom. They acquire all Uloom in an hour
through (propagation from) bosom to bosom, Tawajuh
to Tawajuh
, Hazoor
to
Hazoor
, Qurb
to Qurb
, Tasarruf
to Tasarruf
, Qalb
to Qalb
, Ruh to Ruh
, Sirr
to Sirr
and tongue to
tongue. Such Mushahida is achieved by a tremendously blessed Faqeer
and he openly sees the Spectacle of [both Worlds] on the
palm of his hand that is written inside the Loh-e-Mahfooz concerning Both-the-Worlds
and he tells it by his tongue after reading. He reads everything
without reading and knows everything without knowing.
These are, but, the Maratib of the first lesson of the Seeker
of Lord Further, if the Murshid-e-Kaamil
issues Talqeen
to a King the shadow of God, the Empire of
the Solomon and the Wilayat of Alexander from Qaf to Qaf
come
into his possession and Tasarruf and all the common and proper people
