These are the Maratib of a
Mureed La-Yareed (the disciple who has no personal desire) like Hazrat
Rabia Basri Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaiha Which Ilm is that and
which Hikmat is that through which
the whole and part, the ordinary and Special, the Outward and Inward
should all come in action (Amal) in an hour and the Faqeer
should get appointed onto the Martaba of the Ruling Emir. These Maratib are because of the Auspiciousness
(and blessing) of the Maalik-ul-Mulki Faqeer. Allah Almighty These are the Maratib of the Master-of-gaze Faqeer (Sahib
e Nazar Faqeer)! What will the bull of the oil extractor and a donkey know
these Maratib of the People
of the Essence! The Master-of-gaze Faqeer is familiar with all Ilm
of Uloom and the science of all treasures of Kimiya and with the Hazoori
of A Allah
Hayyu 
and Hazrat Sultan Bayazid [Bastami] Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe
! The task of the Murshid is the
Talqeen
for the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
and the task of the Mureed
is to keep Kaamil Yaqeen in the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) and
Yaqeen is the name of the Mushahida of the Hazoori of the Essence
of Haq through one's own eyes. And he, who has no access unto these Maratib
of the Pir and Murshid, has no familiarity with the positions
of Pir and Murshid. And if Mureed does not bear Credence
(Eitiqaad ) in his Pir, it is imperative for the Pir that he
should let him study the Loh-e-Mahfooz in order to strengthen the conviction
of the Mureed so that his conviction should stay right until the Day of
Doom. And if the Seeker
does not trust (Eitibaar) in the Murshid,
the Murshid should take him inside the Majlis of-Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
through the Inwardly Tawajuh
, and his highness Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa
Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
should himself issue
him Talqeen so that the Seeker
should keep Yaqeen until
the Day of Judgment. However, there are many Piraan in the world
like "barbers" and a lot of Mureedain use to be Naqis
(Imperfect) and immature.

? Qayyum
, the Taufeeq
of the Qurb and the Tahqeeq of Ilm is wholly
revealed through the Noor of Visualization Outwardly as
well as Inwardly. He is the Knight-Rider executor of the Amal of
Dawat
on the graves of the Aulia-Allah
. The Murshid-e-Kaamil makes the inner self
of the Seeker
vaster than the fourteen Tabqaat of the earth and
heavens just through gaze but maintaining such a Gaze on the body
of that Seeker, who is craven, is very hard and difficult task
because the imperfect vessel of the Seeker shatters into
pieces due to the unique Talqeen of the Hazoori of the Qurb
to God and the Noori Tajalli of the Sustainer
and the Natural Beauty of the Anwaar
of Didaar. The weightiness (and enormity) of the weight
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
is known only by that person, who has lifted
it.
