(music-and-warble) are on the opposite side [of
Eimaan]. Dance and Sarood is permissible to those Faqeers,
who have reached onto the Station of Fanaa after giving up the Nafs
and desire and have Drowned into Tauheed of God. Intoxication and

is found through Ishq and
Muhabbat without any need of Sarood or dance or intoxication.
Dance is essential for that Faqeer, who has these three conditions.
First is this that he, who starts Samaa (Qawali) and the Dervish
Faqeer starts dancing and due to the (efficacious) effectiveness
(and the impact) of the Zikr of Allah
during the dance and he taken
on other dress. That Faqeer, who does not have such conditions and
circumstances in the dance, he is still in the wilderness of disorientation
and is captivated by the trickery and spurious scheme of the Satan
Nafs. We seek refuge in
