[Allah Almighty has already decided for this:]

Allah Almighty says: A host will be in the Garden, and a host of them in the Flame. (42:7)

[Although Allah had created every common and proper for His worship and attaining unto His Marifat]

Allah Almighty says: I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. (51:56)

That is, 'they might identify Me'. The category of the People of Worship is of the Scholars of the Deen (Religion) that is, the worshippers Aalim and the category of the People of Marifat are of the Arifeen that is, the Arif-Bi-Allah . Hence, the Aabid (ascetic (worshipper)) is the beginner and the Arif-Bi-Allah is the master. Therefore, how is it possible for the beginner to know the Ahwaal (conditions) of the master? Same like this, Shariyat is also of two conditions. First is Islam.

Allah Almighty says: Say: I am a mortal like you. My Lord inspires in me. (18:110)

Second is the order of the Shariyat the ultimate of the orders that is, that order, which the People of Shariyat gives should be obeyed in full spirit and he should have Eitiqaad (conviction) in real terms in the orders of the Master of Order.

Allah Almighty says: Nor does he speak of his own desire (53:3)

Same is the case with Tareeqat that the first comes the Tareeq of Tee (traveling) of Maratib. When Faqeer has reached unto Haqeeqat , he gets Hazoori (presence) before the figurative (and lawful) King. [At this Station of Mushahida ,] all people anticipate that that Faqeer should remain silent in Deference with his hands folded across chest in humbleness. And when he has attained Marifat , he should even then keep on acting upon the commandments of Shariyat because Shariyat is the means of miscellaneous Ilhaam. Moreover, at this Station, a voice comes from the Haatif (Speaker) and this Ilhaam is as if is the Message same as the message of one is delivered to the other. In addition, these Maratib are of the Holy Prophets Alaihimus-Salaam. Hence, when he has already covered the Maratib, receives these rewards because when one obeys orders of Shariyat, these rewards and favors are surely due. And this Station is the Station of the extraordinary Special, not of the ordinary (common) and the Martaba of the Tareeqat is very high. Thenceforth is continual Ishq of the Tauheed of Lord.
