Visualization of the Name of Allah

Then, after closing his eyes, he should focus and impress upon his heart the careful thought about the Mushahida the Pure (holy) Essence of Allah Almighty, the Majlis of Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and the Majlis of the Holy Prophets Alaihimus-Salaam and of the Aulia-Allah Rahmatu-Allah Ta'ala Alaihim, the time of Death and the Doomsday, the Grave and the Great Assembly and the Accountability and Decision on the Day of Judgment etcetera and should try to repeatedly write the Beautiful (Holy) Names of Allah and Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam, (all in Arabic), on his forehead and his heart with an imaginary index finger in his imagination.

And if the Nafs of a person is defiant and its rectification is necessary, then he should also write the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) at his navel position through the Visualization. Imagine right hand index finger to be a pen and write the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)on forehead. The Jalaali Absorbance will be produced through this. And he should write the Name Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam on his bosom and get the Absorbance of Jamaal through this and on both the said places, imagine the said two Names as inscribed in bold format neatly written in a moon white, red, and sunlight brilliant colors and keep on rolling his imaginary right hand index finger on these Names and keep on doing the Paas-e-Anfaas that is, when he breaths in he should say the word Allah in his heart and when he breaths out, the word Hu be imagined coming out from his heart and when he practices the Name Muhammad (Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam) then during breathing in, he should say "Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah" in his heart and while breathing out, he should imagine saying Sal Allahu Alaihi Wassallam. [Everything to be done in imagination and nothing to be done by physical effort].
