STIPULATIONS

The overlord of the universe, the pride of the beings - Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: The Way of the worship of the ascetics (worshippers) is Nafsi (physical), that is, it the outward superficial worship,

And, the Way of Muhabbat (love) and Inclination is the Qalbi (cordial) worship

And, the Way of the worship of the Perfects is Ruhi (Spiritual) worship.

The origin of the Risala e Ruhi Shareef is from the Spiritual Way (Tareeq ), therefore, it has been given the name "Risala e Ruhi Shareef".

1.      The Risala e Ruhi Shareef is that comprehensive Ilhaami , rather a Word more Nearer to the Qurb of Hazoor than it, of the Qadiri-Sarwari Selk-Salook that became (involuntarily) Current (as-initiated with effect) on the Beneficence-interpreting (sacrosanct) tongue of the Sultan-ul-Arifeen - Fanaa-Fi-Hu (Destroyed in Hu) - the Secret of the Mysteries of the Essence of Yaa Hu - Hazrat Sultan Bahu ([Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe) during his exceptional and extraordinary sate of Hazoori ! The reader of Risala e Ruhi Shareef is conducted Spiritual Beneficence through the Owaisi Way . That is also why; its name is the "Risala e Ruhi Shareef".

2.      Upon the study and Amal (practice) of this Risala, Spiritual Majlis is found by the Seeker in the very outset and at last, through acting upon its Selk-Salook , Hazoori is achieved.

3.      Start of this Risala takes unto: "and breathed into him of My Spirit" (15:29) and the Ultimate takes unto: "When Faqar reaches unto its extremity (and entirety), that is Allah" [that is, it attains the Station of Rabubiyat and essence unites with the Essence]".

4.      For those who have faced Rijat in the Realm of Spiritualism (Aalim-e-Ruhaniyat ) and the Realm of the Holy Witness (Aalim-e-Shahood ) and for the Aulia-Allah , nothing else has been found more effective than this Risala !

5.      The Seven Keys of the Risala e Ruhi Shareef are the Seven Keys for the Inwardly Locks by virtue of which, Faqeer becomes possessor and user of all kinds of the unseen treasures. In addition, that Seeker , who successfully unlocks the Inwardly Locks of his body; at once becomes Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destroyed in Allah) and gets the honor of Liqaa of Allah and Hazoori .

6.      The Aamil of the Risala e Ruhi Shareef uses to be from the dominant Aulia-Allah . For whatever action he asks it to be, with Taufeeq of Lord and Inwardly Tasdeeq (verification), it happens.

7.      With the Auspiciousness (and blessing) of the Ism-e-Azam , Faqeer becomes Mustajaab-ud-Dawaat . He can get every demand from the Noor of Hazoor within twinkling of an eye!

8.      By the Auspiciousness (and blessing) of this Risala e Ruhi Shareef, the Faqeer sits with and talks with the Roohani by resurrecting the Spiritual Bulk of the People-of-Graves , by saying Bi Izni Allah [(resurrect) with the order of Allah] and can solve problems of every nature.
