FIFTH CHAPTER IN DESCRIPTION OF FANAA-FI-SHAIKH
AND FANAA-FI-MUHAMMAD Three
Maratib are of the Mureed: 1.
Fanaa-Fi-Shaikh (Destroyed in Shaikh) 2.
Fanaa-Fi-Muhammad 3.
Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destroyed in Allah [O
True-Seeker!] Be Illuminated that three kinds of the Maratib are of
the Qurb, which are achieved through the three kinds of Visualizations:
Fanaa-Fi-Shaikh (Destruction in Shaikh), Fanaa-Fi-Allah
(Destruction in
Allah [O
Real-Seeker!] Be enlightened that all creatures have come into being
from the Noor of Muhammad Everything
returns unto its origin. 
AND FANAA-FI-ALLAH
JALLA SHAANAHU
: When he does the
Visualization
of the face of the Shaikh (Spiritual Guide), wherever
he gazes upon, only the Shaikh is seen.
Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
(Destroyed in Muhammad)
:
When he does the Visualization of the form of the Name Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
, he gives up all that, which distract
from Allah. Wherever he gazes upon, the Majlis of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
is seen by him.
)
: When (he) does the Visualization
of the Name Allah
, the Nafs dies totally. Wherever
he gazes upon, (he) becomes honored with countless Tajalliyaat of the Anwaar
of the Name Allah
Bi Allah. This is what is called Lamakaan. Giving
resemblance of Allah
Almighty
with Maqaam (Station) or Makaan
(place) is the cause of Kufr and Shirk.) and Fanaa-Fi-Muhammad
Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee
Wa-sallam
and the Noor of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa
Aa-lehee Wa-sallam has taken birth
from the Noor of Lord
.
That Murshid, who does not Drown the Seeker in the Noor
of Wahdaniyat and the Ocean of Rabubiyat of the Hazoor
of Muhammad in the first
day, he is not eligible for the title of "Murshid". With the Visualization
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
, on the very first day, the Tazkiya of Noor
of the Nafs, Tasfiya
of Noor
of Qalb
and the Tajalliya
of Noor
of Ruh
and the Tajalliya
of Noor
of Sirr of the Seeker is accomplished.
The aggregate of all the four (kinds) of Noor return to the origin
after becoming one and unified because:
