Through such Riyazat, the thirst,
hunger and all the Khatraat posed by all that, which distract from
Allah
Almighty get apart. Thus, the food of the Ahl-e-Allah, Mujahida
and
dream is the Absorption in Hazoor. The Murshid gets the Mushahida
done (by the Seeker). Riyazat is of two kinds: 1.
For
the Fanaa of the Nafs 2.
For
the sake of earning power and pomp and the Rujuaat-e-Khalq in which comes
the carnal desires, intoxication in (adore of) the long hair and
beauty-spot, the Qeel-O-Qaal of beauty and love, music-and-warble
and Samaa
(Qawali), craziness, keeping head and feet bare, shaving
beard, sighing, weeping and rending clothes, imbibing liquor and giving up
offering Assalaat. All these are the evidences of the Murshid-e-Naqis
and the Incomplete and Imperfect Seeker. The Seeker
should possess the
following virtues: 1.
He
should be Hafiz (preserver) of the Holy Quran (in his bosom) 2.
He
should have superiority (and excellence) of high degree 3.
He
should have magnanimous courage (and ardor) 4.
He
should be aware of every Ilm 5.
He
should be Master of judicious traces Otherwise, what difficulty is there in causing
thousands of the Jaahil crazy through a single Gaze! The Seeker
of Ilm never becomes the Seeker
without test and if he becomes the
Seeker, then this act of him is the best. HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah Hazrat
Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam) A Jaahil is
like dung beetle (Gabrila) that dies doing its work. That is, he does not excel
in any work].
HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah Hazrat
Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam) A thing is at
least something but a Jaahil is just nothing.
