It should be noted that many people call
themselves the Zaakir-e-Qalbi, who consider the vibration of the
heart a Qalb and after stopping their breath, cause their heart tugged
upside and downside and say that 'this is the Habs' (Habs-e-Damm).
They [totally] say wrong that 'this is the Habs'. This is not the Habs
but it is Abas (useless) as although the Qalb starts moving
(and vibrating) and through the Zikr of Lord HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah And I saw my The Marifat
of Wisaal, the Qurb
of Zamir (heart), the Outwardly
and the Inwardly
gaze, the Tajalliyaat
of the Hazoor of the Essence
and the Mushahidaat always
start showing their face. And as long as he does not hear the Ilhaam of: Allah Almighty through his own ears and if the treasuries
of the Noor of the Ten Lac Seventy Thousand [10,70,000], rather, the countless
Stations in the Qalb which are larger than the Fourteen
have not opened up and the Outwardly Eye and the Inwardly Eye have
not become one, this cannot not be called the Zikr-e-Qalbi! BAYT (COUPLET) The worship of the
(common) people is through physical effort and Riyazat, But the worship of
the Arifeen is accomplished through forsaking their self and by
destroying their Nafs. Since the body
and Obedience (and worship) belongs to the Outwardly body organs,
and the Qalb has no concern with these, therefore, O Mardak (little man)! You should try
for this thing that you come out of the Martaba of the Mardak and reach unto the
level of Mard. 
, the Outward Zikr
of "Allah" "Allah" becomes audible from every vein, hair, flesh, marrow,
skin and bones (of the person) but it useless and this Zikr is
not called the Zikr-e-Qalbi. This is, but, due to the hotness of the
Zikr, (the thuds because of) shivering and temperature (like ague fever).
Nevertheless, even if it always happens, yet until it is without (some) Mushahida,
it is Incomplete! Zikr-e-Qalbi is not something easy. In the Qalb
are seen the spectacle of a great Wilayat and Secrets
of the Mysteries (and) until the Muhabbat, Fervor
and the Zeal
for Allah
Almighty are not Stationed (inside it) and the Station of
"Lo! I, even I, am Allah" (28:30)
has not reached unto;
Hazrat
Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
) 
Lord inside my Qalb.
says: fear not nor grieve (29:33)
