And
the second Farz e Ummari (Obligation of age) is this that he should
offer the Hajj (Muslim Pilgrimage) to the Holy Ka'ba upon his age
of maturity [provided he has monetary and physical power to do so], then his
neck becomes free from this Obligation. And
the Farz e Waqti (Periodic Obligation) means offering Assalaat
(Prayers) of all the five times and the Farz e Maahi (Obligation of
Month) means keeping Fasts of the Holy month of Ramadhan. And the Farz
e Fasli (Obligation on yield of seasonal crops) means giving one tenth of
the yield of every crop in the Way of Allah
Almighty and the Farz e Saali
(Yearly Obligation) means paying Zakaat on wealth. [These are Outwardly
Obligations]. [O
True-Seeker!] Those Obligations that are related with the Outward
and Inward should be in your knowledge that by the 'Unremitting (and
Constant) Obligation' is meant the Zikr-e-Khafi in Inward .
And the Zikr-e-Khafi is called that one that he should give up this Outwardly
Zikr and he should (constantly) keep this Zikr [e Khafi] and should
never be heedless about it sleeping and in wakefulness [that is, all the time and
from this Zikr is meant the Zikr by the Paas-e-Anfaas
]. HADIS-E-QUDSI (Saying
of Allah We BAYT (COUPLET) Murshid-e-Kaamil
takes [the Mureed] onto every Station , Murshid-e-Naqis keeps
on demanding money from the Seeker [Mureed]. That
person, who has got education from the Ulema and that person who has
received the Ilm of the Teaching of Talqeen
with Yaqeen from the Faqeers
the Masters of Marifat -what is the difference between these two
(persons)? [Thus, you should know this that] Ulema are the Seekers of
Ilm and Faqeers are the Seekers of the Almighty Lord. ABYAAT (COUPLETS) The
Ilm of the lords of pomp and status is not Ilm , Instead,
it is enchantment to conquer (Musakhar ) the kings, 
reported by the Holy

Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam

have made the Kaamil Shaikh
as the one, who gives profit to humankind as We
made the Prophet of the Last Eons
and We made the Imperfect Shaikh the one, who gives
loss to humankind as We
made the Outcast Satan.
