True-Seeker!] Be informed that he is the Kaamil Qadiri
Faqeer who,
whatsoever the Inwardly and Outwardly Stations of the Essence
and Calibers of the Zikr, Fikr, Marifat, Mushahida, Tauheed
and
Qurb
of the Hazoor
of Lord 
and the Noor of the Essence, he
reveals unto the Seeker of Allah
, does this through the Haziraat of the
Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
by the Tareeq of the Tahqeeq with
the Reality endowed with Taufeeq and he shows. It
is based on Truth as it is from the end of Allah
Haq and whatever (he) shows
without the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) that is calamity infected with Baatil.
He has done wrong after having faced the Rijat. He has fallen in Istadraaj
and has no Jamiyat. The beginning and the end are Ayan (clear)
unto the People of Visualization and pressing the Master-of-Ayan
unto the Zikr, Fikr, Wird
and Wazaaif is totally a cause of Rijat
and detriment as the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
is the Absolute Tauheed
and
is far away from pain and Taqleed. The Master of Visualization
Qadiri
Murshid-e-Kaamil
reveals at once the Martaba of Muhabbat
through the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat). By means of this, (he) first
meets with the Sultan-ul-Faqar inside Muraqiba or in dream
or Ain-Ba-Ain inside the Inward and the Sultan-ul-Faqar Drowns
him into the Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah) in the Inward and Drowns him in
the River of the Tauheed
and Noor or otherwise delivers him in the Majlis
of Muhammad
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee
Wa-sallam
.
Thenceforth of the honor of having met with the Sultan-ul-Faqar, the forms
of the Nafs, Qalb, Ruh
and Sirr become totally Noorani
inside the body. When all of these entire four forms unite after
becoming Noorani, single form with light like sun rises inside
the body, which issues Teaching and Talqeen to each of the
previously mentioned four forms. And it is only the Taufeeq of Lord and when it takes birth in the
body, it does the Tahqeeq by weighing Both-the-Worlds like
scale by the Taufeeq of Lord. These Maratib are of the Straight Path
and the Ba-Haq-Tasleem and he, who does the Hayyu 
Tee of the body
through the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), to him, is granted the Taufeeq
of the Wilayat endowed with Hidayat and he considers Both-the-Worlds
[as insignificant as] the wings of mosquito are. That person, who reaches unto
these Maratib, his body transforms into Noor and all that, which he
eats, is also the Noor. That person, who reaches unto the Martaba
of ["When Faqar reaches unto its extremity (and entirety), that is
Allah"], he becomes Waasil with Haq.
