Third one is the Ilm of the Hidayat
ul Azal such that the Tasarruf over all the Treasures comes
in action. And all these three have relation with
the Visualization of the Visualization of the Tareeq, which
lets doing Teer-Sair (traveling and sightseeing on wings). The Visualization
of the Taufeeq
delivers unto every that place it desires. With the Visualization
of the Tahqeeq, the show of Both-the-Worlds,
in Outward and Inward, remains under his control of the
ability. In short it is imperative on the Faqeer
rather it is individual-obligation that he should learn the Tafseer of the Outward
Ilm from the Ulema and the Roshan-Zamir Faqeer
should take the Ulema, through Ilm-of-Inward, in the Majlis
of Muhammad And three most dignified and
great Maratib are as under: 1. The Martaba of the king -
the Shadow of God (Zill Allah) 2. The Martaba of the Faqeer-Aulia-Allah
3. The Martaba of the Ulema
Aalim-Bi-Allah
And for the all the three, these three
things are not easy: 1. First difficult
thing is this that a King gives up his kingship and chooses the Marifat
of
Faqar of Lord in its place. 2. Second difficult
thing is this that Faqeer
gives up the Qurb of the Marifat
of Lord 3. Third difficult
thing is this that the Aalim
gives up the study of Ilm and the Qeel-O-Qaal
and gets Drowned into the Tauheed in the Hazoori of the
Marifat
of Wisaal. The Kaamil
Faqeer is he, who
donates to the Seeker
these six Maratib. ABYAAT (COUPLETS) Ilm is a Word;
by the same is the foundation of the honor, The ink of
Haq is inscribed everywhere exclusive of page, 
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
and should read the lesson of Qul Hu
Allah
(say: He is Allah)
from the Ulema and the Faqeer should take the Ulema unto the
Marifat
of Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destruction in Allah
) through the Ilm-of-Inward. These are
the Maratib
of
the Aalim-Bi-Allah Ilmain!
and chooses the throne of king.
