Secondly, he must be an Arif-Bi-Allah
. That person, who offers Dawat with these calibers, at the time of
the starting Wird and Wazaaif , the Angels and Muakalaat
throw gold coins in front of him like the shower of the raindrops and
the executor of Dawat becomes
Laa-Yuhtaaj for his entire life by seeing this treasure. This kind of the Ilm of Dawat
is
called Tasarruf of the common. The more that Aalim of the Ilm
of Dawat
reads Dawat the more Tasarruf he gets. This is initial Martaba of
the Laa-Yuhtaaj Faqeer, not of those beggars, who beg at every
threshold. Faqeer is the granter of Jamiyat and his
heart is Ghani and powerful. He is the Master-of-gaze in
the Hazoori of Hazrat
Muhammad The Aamil of Dawat is
he, who when commences the Wird and Wazaaif , all Masters of
Wilayat Wali-Allah on the face of earth from the East to West and North
to South in the Shush-Jehaat (Six Dimensions) come and give him the Key
of Wilayat . Hence, if the Master of Dawat
of this kind acquires
the Tasarruf of all the Seven Continents of the world and all Kingdom-of-Solomon
and every empire within a week, it would be no matter of surprise! One should
believe in it and trust in it. Which Ilm and Amal
is that by which, one can dominate upon everything in the very first day? The
Seeker
of Lord Thus, it is revealed that if one
continuously reads the Ilm of books, Tafseer, the issues
(concepts) pertaining to principles of Fiqah
and Hadis
for all life,
even then malignant Nafs does not get corrected whether one does
thousands of Wird , Wazaaif , studies thousands of Ilm ,
offers thousands of Dawaat and exercises countless Zikr , Fikr
and Muraqiba and gathers armies beyond limits and spends innumerable
treasures. 
Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
and he is Conscientious (and
observant) in Tasarruf. In spite of having Tasarruf of these
tremendous treasures, he does not allow a single coin and Dirham for his
self. In addition, two types of Amal are
for the Aamil Master of Dawat: [one is this that] the Amal of the
Taufeeq of Tasarruf and second is the Amal of the Tahqeeq
of the Visualization. Every that person, who is Aamil , Kaamil
, Mukammil (Complete) and Jamey (Comprehensive) in the Ilm of Dawat
, for him are
also two types of Amaal : one is the Intention and the other is Assalaat
(Prayers).

the Share (and fortune) in the very first day and all the purposes are
accomplished through the Taufeeq of
the Visualization of Hazoor and through the Tahqeeq of the
Tasarruf of graves and through the Ilm of Tawajuh ?
