[O
True-Seeker!] Lo! The Friends of God are the People of Zikr
of Allah and Faqeers
Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destroyed in Allah). In addition, they see their cordial
relationships like families, kinsfolk, children, parents, insiders, brothers
and the wealth, possessions, cash, coins of the mortal world as a drama
and all these things are a theatre for them. They do not gaze
upon any of these
things with Liking and pleasure, as these things do no appeal them
at all. They have no interest in Maratib and dignities. Faqar
is unending wealth. Neither they like Maratib nor are they happy upon any
material acquisition as in their belief, everything is of Allah
nothing is
possession of anybody. Allah Almighty says: With Whom none can converse
[on the Day of Resurrection] (78:37)
[Hence]
if a Faqeer calls something other than Allah
his possession [despite
being Faqeer] and considers it his sitting and resting place, [because
of saying this] he becomes all Kaafir and he gets no Share from Faqar
or Dervish-hood. O son of Adam! Become lowlier to a dog even as the dog [that
is an animal of inferior level] keeps no possessions and station. [That is, the
Seeker of Lord should adopt this virtue of this
inferior animal and should make himself evidence of this Hadis:] HADIS (Saying of the Holy
Prophet of Allah Hazrat
Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe
Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam) Waqaf [a trust or
foundation] is not a possession of anybody.
Same
as a Masjid is not property a specific person; a Faqeer is also
free of possessions of anything and except the special prostration
in front of Allah. Allah
Almighty
says: Surely, I know that which you know not. (2:30). There is nothing else
besides the Essence
of Allah
in Both-the-Worlds. There
is none worthy of worship except Allah; Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah) (Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam Allah
Jalla Shaanahu.
