EXPLANATION OF ZIKR, FIKR
AND
MURAQIBA [Following] are the two witnesses [sings]
for Zikr are: 1. The first witness
[sign] of the Zikr is this that in Everlasting Zikr, the Qalb
should move (and thud) by the Zikr of Lord 2. The second witness
[sign] of the Zikr is the Marifat
of Lord That person, in him are not present the
above two witnesses concerning the Zikr, he has no news of the way
of Zikr. (WHAT IS CALLED
FIKR?) Fanaa of Nafs is
called the Fikr. That person, who has Fanaa (Destruction) of Nafs;
he gives the news of the Beneficence, Secret, Qurb and Marifat
of Lord (STATIONS OF
MURAQIBA) Four Stations are of Muraqiba
(Sufi Meditation): 1. Muraqiba of Muhabbat 2. Muraqiba of Mushahida 3. Muraqiba of the Marifat
4. Muraqiba should be the Privy
(and Insider) of the Mysteries of Lord Muraqiba of this kind is
the desired (Maqsood), Demanded (Matloob) and Laudable
(Mahmood). That Muraqiba, that is not endowed with the above Four
virtues, that Master of Muraqiba is still inside the captivity of
the Outcast Nafs. Without the Tafakkur and Visualization
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) 
and do the Zikr
of Laaa-Ilaaha
Ill-Allahu
Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
and Qurb and Wisaal
with God..
[and] the Majlis of
Prophets
and Aulia-Allah
should be found.
, the Muraqiba and the extraordinary
special Zikr and Fikr is not got by the Waasil. Through
the Visualization and Tafakkur of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
, the Master of Muraqiba
leaves his soul and Absorbs in the Essence of God. (I)
mean to say is this that the human body is as the likeness of milk and Divine
Words (of Revelation) are also like milk. Without the Murshid Pir-e-Kaamil,
milk does not turn stable (semi-solid) to give option of getting curd,
butter, (Lassi) and Ghee from it.
