the beginning of the Qadiri
is this that he sees the scene of Arsh
till beneath the sod (earth) beneath his feet and travels through every
strata by Teer-Sair. The Maratib of this kind are the lowest in
the least Maratib of the Qadiri-Sarwari Seeker. Or on the other hand,
the Sarwari-Qadiri Seeker is he, who is Aamil in Outward
and should be Kaamil in the Inward. He is the Aamil in the
Outward, who has knowledge of the each and all Ilm Uloom
(jointly and severally) and the discourse and speech and he is
the Kaamil in the Inward, who clearly takes the Mushahida
of the Marifat of Secrets and Mysteries
of Lord by the eyes of the heart, Ruh and
Sirr. In addition, he should see the each and all (jointly and
severally) of the Ability of Divine and the Konain and Makaan.
Hence, it is revealed that if a person studies the Loh-e-Mahfooz all the
time, and sees from the moon to fish and does the Teer-Sair (traveling and
sightseeing on wings) of the Ability of Lord, this scene is not of the Tabqaat of
the Inward. Such person is ignoramus (unaware) concerning the Marifat
of the Tauheed of Lord.
And if the [Kaamil] Murshid wills, he can conduct teachings of
the Ilm of Authentic Text, Hadis, the Holy Quran, the Ilm
and Uloom of Tafseer and the issues (concepts) pertaining to
principles of Fiqah endowed with (efficacious) effectiveness to the Mureed
in dream or Muraqiba in the Inward by virtue of which, the Seeker
Mureed becomes Roshan-Zamir. He becomes dominant over the Outward
Aamil, the Aalim and Faazil by virtue of the Ilm-of-Inward
and in collation (Muqaabla), he gives Complete-Answer-as-Advice-and-help
(Jawaab-ba-Sawab) because of the Ilm-of-Inward. All Maratib
of this kind are of People of Hijaab, who have uninformed in the Inward
concerning the Marifat of the Tauheed of Lord. Such Aalim
is neither on the Martaba
of the Ulema nor on the Martaba of Faqeer-Aulia-Allah. If
the Murshid Initiates (Bai-at) someone on his hand and issues him
the Talqeen of the Zikr by the Inwardly Tawajuh in dream
or Muraqiba, the Zikr initiates (and currents) in the Outward
as well as Inward. In addition, the hotness of the Zikr
endowed with
Tawajuh brings (efficacious) effectiveness and the aching heat
like blazing fire is felt inside the body due to which, he remains restless
day and night. This is even seen by the people. Hence, the Seeker loses
his self-control, becomes Mast, crazy and mad. The
person with the Maratib of Zikr-e-Zawaal
of this kind remains deprived
of the Inwardly Marifat, the Mushahida of Hazoori and the Qurb
and Wisaal. Such Murshid is the most Imperfect and lacks
eyes and the Seeker is in reverie. Although he sees the Tajalliyaat
of Nafs but in Reality, those are the Tajalliyaat of fire,
which he conveys and which, are evolved (and) that stupid believes them the Tajalliyaat
of the Didaar of the Essence of the Provider. Such person is very far from the
Noor of the Essence and at the greatest distance from the Noor
