The other Seeker is the Faqeer-Fi-Allah. (Faqeer-Fi-Allah) is called that person, who's Nafs remains always Destroyed and remains always honored with the Mushahida of the Anwaar of the Essence of LordBook.

 

MASNAVI (COUPLETS OF GREAT SPIRITUAL MEANINGS)

No other Taste is tastier than the Taste of the Qurb of Liqaa and Marifat of God in Faqar,

Mortal taste is just nothing as it has no Baqaa (eternity),

[That is, worldly pleasures and luxuries and wealth and riches are all mortal and the original wealth is the Qurb and Marifat of LordBook]

Had there been no real existence of God,

Then how could it be possible to reach unto the Pure Noor of His Essence?

Search the Essence in the essence;

Clear out all that, which is besides His Essence in your heart,

So that you should achieve Hazoori in His Essence,

(And) that you should reach unto the Noor of Tauheed in Marifat,

O BahuBook Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala AlaiheBook! For the sake of God! Please show His Essence,

Discard the Nafs and come to have His Liqaa!

 

O dear! It should be known that four tastes are in the world through which, enjoyment is derived by the Nafs but these are likeness of Hijaab for the Marifat and Wisaal:

 

1.                                                                              For the sake of getting taste, the action of the Nafs for eating different kinds of dishes with tremendous zeal and fervor.

2.                                                                              Getting pleasure by sexual intercourse with woman because Shahwat rides the Nafs.

3.                                                                              The taste of governance, the nuisance and burden on the creatures.

4.                                                                              Getting taste through Unremitting study for Ilm , which is the perfect taste.

 

All these four tastes are dearer and succulent to Nafs as its life. However, when the fifth Taste, (that is) the taste of the Marifat of LordBook, the Liqaa of the Noor of the Essence and the Visualization of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)Book arrives, the former four Tastes are forgotten. Nafs shows so such displeasure and hatred for these four tastes as an ailing person shows for meal.
