Allah Almighty says: And Allah gives to whom He wills without limit (2:212)

Allah Almighty says: Whatever of mercy Allah may grant to mankind, none can withhold it (35:2)

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

None can stop that, which You have decided to give to anybody and none can release that, which You have stopped.

Murshid-e-Kaamil is he, that when Gazes upon the heart of the Seeker, burns with his very first Gaze all the weeds and thorns (undesired elements) and the Devilish and sensual Waswaas and the Khatraat in the heart of the Seeker of Allah releases the heart of the Seeker of Allah from the captivity of the Satan and then gives him the Talqeen for the Zikr of the superior Zikr of the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah/there is none worthy of worship except Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah (Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam).

Be informed that fourteen letters of alphabet are in the Kalimah-e-Tayyeb and in a day and night, there are twenty four thousand [24,000] breaths and twenty four [24] hours and each and every sin burns each hour down same as fire burns dry wood!

Talqeen is with Yaqeen and Yaqeen is from Talqeen. The Zikr-e-Jehr of the Nafi Asbaat should say three Zarb (Thuds):

With the first thud that should be said:

Allah Almighty says: and speak words straight to the point (33:70)

By saying Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu (there is none worthy of worship except Allah) beats the heart with such a stroke (thud) that in the very second thud, the Station of the Abad opens and the Seeker of Allah repents for his conditions (Ahwaal) of sensuality (of Nafs) and with the third stroke of Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu, is honored with the Hazoori of the Majlis of Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam and gets position (Mansib) of getting addressed (Khataab).
