And he, by him the Haq has been received; he has no need [to learn by heart] the Ilm of grammar and syntax and rules because ignorance is Punishment and Ilm is the fount of Sawaab. The Sawaab for the Eden and the Doom of Hell are the demand of the Ahl e Hujjat (People of argument) whereas the People of Muhabbat (Ahl e Muhabbat) neither have any relation with the Sawaab nor do they have any concern with the Doom of Hell but instead they are always scorching their souls totally in the Muhaasba of their Nafs and as for the Dervish, Allah is sufficient; everything other than Allah is just lust (and greed)!

[DISTINCTION BETWEEN ILM AND FAQAR]

And the Ilm is just memory, calculations and record and a Faqeer is always the Seeker of Didaar remaining Drowned in the Zikr and Fikr of the Ishq and Muhabbat.

The People of Didaar are mad and Aashiq whereas the People of Ilm are sitting in the royal courts to search the employment and provisions. They foster the Nafs by indulging themselves in the pleasures of the Nafs and the Dunya (World) and they remain away of God; whereas the Friend is under the armpit of the Faqeers and are the model of this Verse:

"and He is with you where so ever you may be (57:4)

What is the difference between Faqeers and the Faqhee? The Faqeers always remain in zeal and Fervor and are Drowned into [the Zikr] of Allah Almighty whereas the Faqhee remains busy in studying the issues (and concepts pertaining to Fiqah), lines, words and pages. Thus, there is difference in the issues before a Faqeer and a Faqhee because the study of the issues (and concepts pertaining to Fiqah) do not end till (the verge of) grave but the Zikr of Allah Almighty accompanies the Faqeer forever.

[REALITY OF FAQEER]

The Faqeers are the Masters of Marifat and the People of Taufeeq.

The Noble Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam said that: Lo! The Aulia-Allah do not die (and always remain alive) but they shift from one place to the next place"

Neither Arif nor is Aulia-Allah is the name of the Faqhee and the Faqhee is not even Waasil with God. Hence the Martaba of the Faqhee is worldly and the Faqeer is the companion of God!
