Translation:

Hazrat Imaam e Rabbani the Mujaddad Alif Saani Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe says in his letters that:

There are tare two ways and routes for the Wasal and Wisaal of Allah Almighty: One way and mode is of the Prophecy. Only the Holy Prophets Alaihimus-Salaam are the Waasil and Moosal by the mode (of Fazal). This chain ended on the blessed essence of the Khatam un Nabiyyeen Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam. The second mode is of Wilayat . Those of this way (of Faiz , that is, Beneficence ), become Waasil and Moosal through Waseela . This is the folk of Aqtaab , Autaad , Abdaal , Najabaa etcetera and the common Aulia .
