ROMAN:

qab-la kulli hayyin-wwa hayyum ba'da kulli hayyin-wwa hayyun ba'da kulli mayyi-tin-wwa hayyul-lam ta-ri-sil ha-yaa-ta min kulli hayyin-wwa-lamm taq-ta' khai-raka annee fee kulli waq-tin-wwa lamm taq-ta' ra-jaaa-ee qattu wa lamm tun-zil bee ooqoo-baa-tin-niqa-me wa lamm tamna' annee da-qaaa-eqal esa-mi wa lamm tu-ghayyir alayya wassaaa-e-qan-ne-ami fa-lau lamm az-kur min ih-saani-ka alayya illaa afu-vaka annee wattaw-fee-qa lee wal isti-jaaba-tah li-duaaa-ee heina rafa'tu sautee be-taw-heedi-ka yaa Allahu wa tah-mee-deka wa tas-bee-hika wa tam-jee-dika wa ta'zee-meka wa tak-beeri-ka wa tah-lee-lika wa illaa fee taq-dee-rika khal-qee heina savvar-ta-nee fa ah-santa

English:

and commemorate You with Your Taufeeq and my Nafs is grateful to You and it is the one, who takes Mushahida of Your Haq. Thus, You are the Living before all the living beings and will remain Living after all living beings and will stay Living when all will die and You are such a (self) Living, that has not received life from any other as legacy and Your welfare has never ceased for me and my hope have always been on You, punishments of ill fate have never come on me, and the fineness of chastity have never ended for me, and Your promises of blessings for me have never proven otherwise. Thus, I remember not but the favors You favored on me, Your remission for me, Your Taufeeq for me and You acceptance to my prayers when, O Allah! I raise my voice for Your Tauheed and for Your praise, adoration, veneration, reverence, exaltation and admiration and other things are Your predestination (like) my structure which You made as You deemed fit.

soo-ra-tee wa illa fee qis-matil ar-zaaqi heina qaddar-ta-haa lee la-kaana fee zaa-lika maa yash-ghu-lu shuk-ree an juh-dee fa-kaifa izaa fakkar-tu fin-ne-amil e-zaa-milla-teee ata-qalla-bu fee-haa wa laaa ablu-ghu shuk-ra shai-en min-haa fala-kal ham-du alaa makaa-rimi-kalla-tee laa tuh-saa ada-da maa hafi-zahoo ilmu-kawa ada-da maa wasi-atthu rahma-tekawa ada-da maaa ahaa-tat behee qud-ra-tuka wa adh-aafa maa tas-taw-jibu-hu min jamee-e khal-qika Allah-humma fa-tamm-mim ihsaa-naka ilayya fee-maa baqi-ya min oomu-ree ka-maaa ah-santa ilayya fee-maa madhaa min-hu Allah-humma inneee as-aluka wa ata-wassa-lu

English:

Hence, You endowed upon me the best appearance and however at the time of apportioning sustenance for me, when You apportioned it, my gratefulness shrunk me to lean forward on it. Thus, when I ponder over Your given substantial and big gift, I feel unable to pay the thanks due! Therefore, You deserve all praise, for all these favors, which is beyond estimation, that much more which Your knowledge may be pleased to preserve, and in as much magnitude as is Your Mercy, and in as much number as Your Ability may be pleased to encompass, and in many more times to that extent which are due to You from the creation as You surely deserve! O Allah! Please favor Your favors on me up to entirety in my life that I have still to live same as You have been sending on me favors in my life that I have spent. O Allah! I ask from You and seek Waseela (way of approach) unto You
