If he [that is, Dervish]
hits you on your head even then lay it in front of him, And whatever you
own and possess, present it to Dervish , That, which you
will give to Dervish , will be returning unto you forever, And you will
become king of world by the Auspiciousness (and blessing) of the gaze
of the Dervish , That person, who
becomes the Favorite (and Accepted one) of the gaze
of a [Kaamil] Dervish
, His Maratib rise higher than
the Arsh even. [MARATIB OF DERVISH
AND MARATIB
OF FAQEER
] What is the difference in between the Maratib of Dervish and
Faqeer? These are the Maratib of Dervish: He always keeps on studying the Loh-e-Mahfooz with his Outwardly
eyes. One, who is with such Maratib, is called Munajjam
that is, these Maratib are like those of the Najoomi
(Fortune Teller). [Such Dervish is known as the Munajjam]. And the Maratib of Faqeer
are these that he is Fanaa-Fi-Allah (Destroyed in Allah Be enlightened that due to
reading and studying [Outwardly] Ilm without Waseela,
the Jalaal, Jazb, rage and anger is directly
produced in the Ulema but the Marifat
of Lord ); he
always remains Drowned in the Wahdat of the Hayyu
?Qayyum
. It is as if the Maratib of Dervish
are those of a patient and the Maratib of
the Faqeer are those of a doctor. With the gaze of Dervish
, Waswasa (temptation) is produced in
the heart. The Muamlaat and the Maratib
of the
Muamlaat of a Dervish are
these that he can cause a penniless angler promoted to the Maratib of a king. That is, he can make king. On the other hand,
through the gaze of the Faqeer , the Seeker, after
receiving Roshan-Zamiri, lordship of Both-the-Worlds and the Mushahidaat
of the Tajalliyaat; Drowns
into the Marifat
of Allah
the Noor
of
Essence in such a way that he never accepts kingship, even if, the Kingdom-of-Solomon
is offered to him he never accepts that because he is (the Seeker
of Lord
) the Mard in the Inward
and his heart has
disregarded the Dunya (World), the People-of-Dunya and the gold-and-silver.

the light of intuition (and insight) is got by the Faqeer through
the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
[and
Secrets of all Uloom and skills reveal unto him]. Thus,
same company does not prove fit to the People of rage [Ahl e Hasham]
and of the People of Eye with sight [Ahl e Chasham] [that is, it
impossible that they will sit in same party].
