in this way, when the Inward
of the Seeker
become living, through the Exercise
of Visualization
and the Zikr
of Paas-e-Anfaas, after this, the Seeker
become
eligible for offering Dawat
and the Amal
of Dawat
becomes initiated and (involuntarily)
Current (as-initiated with effect) by him. At some occasions, the
Habs-e-Damm
proves also very beneficial at the time of exercising the
Visualization. The method of Habs-e-Damm
is like this that the Seeker
should
sit square (as we usually sit down touching our hips on ground) facing towards
the Qiblah
when his stomach is empty and his heart is free from the worries and
thoughts of the Outsiders and he should Exercise
the Exercise
(of
preoccupation) and Visualization
of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) * On
the other hand, when you exercise
Visualization of these Names, you need not to
add the prefix of Yaa 
and the name of his highness
the Overlord of Worlds the Name Muhammad
Sal
Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam
and
he should hold his breath and within this gap of breath, he should recite in
his heart that much Kalimah-e-Tayyeb
Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu
Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee
Wa-sallam
or Allah
Hu
that he can while rolling his imaginary index
finger of any of these Names: Allah
, Lillah
, Lahu
, Hu
, Muhammad,
Faqar
. He should not
move his tongue and lips for this Zikr
and should not release the air to
breath. He should do this again and again and Exercise
Inscribing the Most
Beautiful Names with the imaginary finger during the Exercise
of Visualization
and try to increase the number of times he does the Zikr
in each attempt. By
this, the Seeker
becomes successful sooner and this is the best method of Zikr
and Visualization. Then comes the turn of the Visualizations and the Dawaat
of
the Names of Calibers, that is, the Ninety-Nine
Names of Allah
Almighty and
these Names becomes (involuntarily) Current (as-initiated with effect) and
initiated by the Saalik. The time, when the body of the Seeker
has been covered
in the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat) and since all Names of Calibers
(Asmaa e Sifaat)
are the branches of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat)
and are the reflections of
the same Name
. Therefore, the internal body of the Seeker
becomes Covered in every Name of Caliber
one after the other and becomes
irrigated and alive with the Noor
of each Name and the Noor
of every Name
becomes the food of his literal Inwardly
child and the entire Names of Caliber
become Inscribed inside the Saalik
with Noori
Letters of Alphabet and he
becomes the Aamil
of all the Names of Calibers
and the Amal
of each and every
Name becomes initiated and (involuntarily) Current (as-initiated with
effect) by him. In theory, this thing seems easy but practically this task
is very hard and difficult, rather, impossible because under the Amal
of every
Name of Allah
Almighty exists an unending Inwardly
Wilayat and in this Wilayat
are
appointed countless Muakalaat
which are servants of that Name and all those
Angels get appointed for the service of that Aamil
and obey his order. If
these Names are verbally spoken, that is, if Dawat
of these Names is offered,
then before starting Dawat
, one should read Hu Allah-hu-lla-zee Laa Ilaaha
Illa Hu
at least once. In addition, with every Name one should add Yaa
as prefix.
For example: Yaa Allah, Yaa Rahmaan, Yaa Raheem, Yaa Malik, Yaa Quddoos
and so on.. Table of these Most Beautiful Names is given
hereunder. We will describe brief quality of some specific Names from this
Table and will tell you the way of reading these Names.
