Fazalul Laqa

After this, one person of this assembly of Muslims (invited to the occasion) should stand up and ask two others to stand up with him as the witnesses (to the occasion) with him and should say this that: "O Muslims! You stand witness of mine that 'this' person, who has invited and served us with food, has become penitent and he is in my trust and I confide his cause unto to Allah Almighty. Hence, May this trust of Allah Almighty enter the Garden with peace along with all other Muslims without making him subject to the Accountability (and answer) and Punishment when he leaves this world!" After this, everyone there should say Istaghfaar and Kalimah-e-Tayyeb Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah each a thousand time.

HADIS

(Saying of the Holy Prophet of Allah Hazrat Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam)

"He, who said Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah/there is none worthy of worship except Allah; Muhammad is the Prophet of Allah, he entered the Garden without Accountability (and answer) and Punishment." The promise of Allah is true (35:5) Verily! You do not break Your promise (3:194)
