Fikr should also be
done. HADIS (Saying of the
Holy Prophet of Allah The taste of Afkaar
(thoughts) is better than the taste of Azkaar (plural of Zikr). Doing Zikr by stopping breath
and halting the breath and doing Zikr after limiting (and
controlling) heart - this is the practice of the Na-Mard and custom

practice and remains away of it. That Murshid, who himself is in the
phase of the travail of his Riyazat, he is outsider of the Treasure
[of Lord]. The hunger of the Inwardly Riyazat is something
different that has bears no realism in the sight of the common folk but it is
