It should be known that there are two kinds of the Qadiri-Sufi-Order: First kind: the Zahidi-Qadiri the Master of Mujahida and Riyazat of the general public and he does Zikr with Stroke of Jehr and the Fikr with Muhaasba against Nafs and with Wird and Wazaaif keeps vigil at night and keeps Fast in the day unaware about the Mushahida of Inward (and is) the Master of Qeel-O-Qaal (P185 Muhik ul Faqar Klaan).
