I have researched quite well, all this is zilch,

The Kashf and Karamaat are just nothing,

Besides Lord, there is no room inside my heart for anything,

All that, which you will see besides Allah Almighty, that is brigrand for you,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! His Zikr and Fikr has made by body Pure,

Now the dispute of ifs and buts (Chun-O-Chara) nothing has lasted inside me,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! Allah Almighty is nearer to us than the jugular vein and He accompanies (us),

He, who does not know the Name of Allah Almighty, he is malignant,

O pained Seeker the friend! Listen!

How can we bring the Nafs in control?

The Nafs is the very Murshid, the Nafs is the very Pir and Nafs is the very leader,

The Nafs is the very Satan, the Nafs claims of being god,

If I tell full account (Sharah) of the Nafs,

How would then the common and proper people be able to identify it?

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! If yours Nafs has become your Friend of Cave (friend of hard weather),

Even then the Nafs should never be trusted!

[O True-Seeker!] Be informed that there are twenty-four hours in a day and night. And the human being has to breathe twenty four hundred times in a day and night. You should keep news of every breath! Fourteen are Tajalliyaat; fourteen are Ilhaam; fourteen are Ilm. Some are Divinely, some are Satanic, some are of Nafs and some are accidents of worldly distress, some are the Ilm of Jununiyat and some are the Ilm of Muakal Angels and some are the Ilm of Qalb, Ruh and Sirr from body; if Taufeeq of Lord is with you and the companion Murshid provides information then (he) does Tahqeeq of every Station and remains safe and sound otherwise his whole Haal becomes Salb (Disqualified). Hundreds of thousands have gone astray at the Station and have died after facing Rijat and after getting strayed away of Shariyat.

Take that, which is clean and reject that which is unclean.

That is, choose that, which is good and leave that, which is bad.
