If Allah
wills otherwise, if (he) does not
receive some indication or tidings from the grave of the Aulia-Allah, he should become busy in
the Remembrance of Almighty Haq. The purpose of every Saalik is
finding the Course [of God] and that of the Aashiq is to find the
access to Allah
in the very beginning and seeing the Ultimate
Station because of this that, their gaze is Kimiya. This is
not the Gaze-of-Kimiya that through the gaze the avenue of every Ilm
is opened for the access of a Jaahil because he is not supposed to compete
with Aalim and Faazil; and also that is not the Gaze-of-Kimiya
that (one) impetuously gets every folk shown a Kaamil Mushahida of
Kashf, Karamat and Stations on seeing which, people become
stunned with Hairat and learn a warning lesson (with example).
This gaze is, but, of the People of Sifaat. If the body of a
person turns all Noorani from the top to toe with the (efficacious)
effectiveness of the Name-Allah-the-Essence
(Ism-e-Allah-Zaat), it is called
the Kimiya and Akseer-of-gaze. This gaze is of everlasting
People of Essence who are Absorbed in the Wisaal of Lord! SHARAH OF DAWAT
One exposition of Dawat is also
this, that when the People-of-Dawat starts recitation and the Wird and
Wazaaif have not concluded yet that he finds the accomplishment of his purposes
(Mataalib). The Ultimate of the upshot of Dawat is this that,
while commencing Dawat, the figures of the enemies are brought in imagination;
at that time, the heat of the Zikr and Jazba
(mystique and emotion) of Fikr cuddles or kills him with the Order
of Allah
Almighty. The Noble Prophet Hazrat
Muhammad Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee
Wa-sallam informed that Allah
Almighty says: "That person, who Remembered Me after
giving up the remembrance of everyone besides Me, I will grant him greatness
by virtue of My Remembrance. And he, who barred his eyes from looking
at My Outsider, I will keep him dignified in My Sight. And he,
who will keep his body safe amongst the creatures, I will honor upon him with
My Hikmat
(Wisdom). And he, who kept his heart free of the Liking for Dunya
(World); I will speak high of him and gaze upon him with respect.
And he, who guarded his Nafs with due perseverance (Sabar), I cause
him dignified on the Day of Resurrection".
