Lo! There are three letters of alphabet in (the word) Nafs: Noon, Faa, and Seen. Letter Noon implies this that his Niyyat (intention) should be positive and Faa implies that Fitna (dissension and temptation) should be given up and Seen implies that the Sakht (hard) Nafs should be made submissive. Further, the Noon implies Special Niyyat (intention) and Faa implies Fanaa Ba Ruh Baqaa and Seen means Sartaj ul Aulia (crown of Aulia), Sirr ul Asraar Ba-Khuda.

ABYAAT (COUPLETS)

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! For all the ugly four Nafs are the four things,

He, who became the enemy of the Nafs, he became dear near Almighty Haq,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! I have done Tahqeeq of every one of these,

You should become obedient to the Companion through following each of these,

It would be rather better if you should avoid discussion with Nafs,

Moreover, you should wash the records of worry away of heart,

That Nafs is better, that which becomes the sincere friend of Almighty Haq,

And that Faqar is better, which is rides on Nafs,

Whoever became Faani (Destroyed), it was the figure of his Shaikh,

The Shaikh is the likeness of river and Seeker like stream,

I have done Tahqeeq (verification) of each and all,

He, who follows it, it becomes his companion,

O Bahu Rahmatu-Allahe Ta-aala Alaihe! It is devilish thing if one has no Pir,

He, who has no Pir, his Pir is Satan.

Lo! Nafs cannot be rectified, corrected, drowned and rolled in absence of the Name-Allah-the-Essence (Ism-e-Allah-Zaat). Many Ahl e Qaboor (People-of-Graves) Ruh Allah are the killers of Kuffaar by the Zikr of Laaa-Ilaaha Ill-Allahu Muhammad-ur-Rasoolu-Allah Sal Allahu Alaihe Wa Aa-lehee Wa-sallam!

That person who desires Fanaa-e-Nafs (Destruction of Nafs), he should do the Visualization of this Daira (Circle) of Barzukh. Insha Allah (only if Allah wills), he will see personally. This is the Daira (Circle):
